Land Clearing in Houston & Surrounding Counties
A useful clearing plan starts with what you want to use the property for. Opening a homesite, restoring access to a lot, and selectively clearing acreage can require different equipment and material handling.

Home / Land clearing
Define the area you want cleared
Describe the approximate lot or acreage size and the portions that need work. Explain whether the goal is open space, an access path, a fence line, or preparation for another project. Identify vegetation you want retained as well as areas you want opened. The operator needs to review the actual property before deciding what can be cleared.
Discuss vegetation and access
Brush density, tree size, ground conditions, gates, and access routes affect the approach. Share photographs from safe, accessible positions and mention obstacles, overhead lines, or known underground services. Do not assume a machine can reach every part of the lot just because it can enter the gate.
Choose how material will be handled
Clearing and removing debris are separate questions. Ask whether the proposed scope includes cutting, mulching, gathering, hauling, or disposal, and what remains after the work. Large trees, stump removal, demolition, and major excavation require separate evaluation; those tasks are not automatically included in a clearing inquiry.
Houston and surrounding counties
Our service-area focus includes Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller, Liberty, and Chambers counties. Send the property city and ZIP code. Travel range, equipment fit and operator coverage are confirmed individually; inclusion on this list does not confirm a booking.
Send a useful project inquiry
Include the approximate area or quantity, your intended result, access constraints and preferred timing. After submitting the form, you can email property photographs to support@thecapitolfund.com with your inquiry reference. The Capitol Fund reviews inquiries and asks permission before sharing details with an independent operator. The operator provides the quote and job agreement directly.

What determines a clearing quote?
The operator evaluates area, growth density, terrain, access, equipment needs and material handling. We do not publish a per-acre rate without a property review.
Can I request selective clearing?
Yes. Describe which growth should remain and which areas should be opened. The operator must confirm the scope and practical approach.
Does clearing include building-site approval?
No. Clearing does not itself establish that land is suitable or approved for construction. Any surveys, permissions or specialist design needs must be addressed separately.
